Normalization 1NF

1NF form from above and then obtained the form of 2NF normalization as follows:

2NF form from above and then obtained the form of 3NF normalization as follows:

Normalization 3NF

Can be seen from the above that the form of 3NF with the same form as it was when 2NF possible to attribute all forms of 2NF in the table depend only on one attribute on the table.
